Services Provided

Kirahi provides technical services and we offer traditional IT services. Specific details of each project will be outlined in individual agreements.

Payments

Payment terms and rates will be outlined in project-specific agreements. All payments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code developed by Kirahi remain their intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership rights will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise provided for by the terms of the engagement.

Project Timeline

Project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Delays caused by the client (such as not providing necessary content or feedback) may result in project delays.

Revisions

Revisions to a project are included as per the specific project agreement. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Liability

Kirahi is not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues that arise from using the website, digital asset, or technology after delivery and deployment.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. If the client terminates the project, any work completed up to that point will be invoiced.
